Golden Vines®
Miami, November 7–9, 2025
An international event bringing together leading winemakers, producers of rare spirits, wine industry experts, as well as connoisseurs of wine and culture. I was very pleased to join the Golden Vines team and become part of this event, sharing the values of quality, inspiration, and responsibility.
In honor of my late husband, Frédéric Panaiotis, I presented the Frédéric Panaiotis Sustainability Award to Corison Winery, led by Cathy Corison — a pioneer of sustainable winemaking who, for many years, has developed practices that respect nature, people, and heritage.
For me, the theme of sustainability is deeply meaningful because it relates to mature leadership: how we make decisions, how we maintain balance between nature, people, and the economy, and what responsibility we take for our actions. As Frédéric said:
“Sustainability is the balance between being environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically sound.”
Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2025
At the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2025 ceremony, my husband, Frédéric Panaiotis, was posthumously awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Frédéric was a man of rare depth — a winemaker who knew how to unite academic knowledge, intuition, and a state of soul. For him, wine was a form of communication with nature, time, and people.
This award is not about the past, but about continuation. It reminds me that true mastery is born from inner honesty and a love of life, while sustainability arises from responsibility toward the land, toward others, and toward oneself.
